Ozark’s Culver Receives National Teaching Award

Ozark High School teacher Jessica Culver was awarded the 2025-26 National Council for the Social Studies (NCSS) Secondary Level Social Studies Teacher of the Year Award at the NCSS Conference Opening Ceremony on Dec. 5, in Washington, D.C. This award recognizes achievements and excellence in social studies education. Culver is also president-elect of the Arkansas Council for the Social Studies.
