RFD 2 Names Chappell Firefighter Of The Year
Isaac Chappell (left) was named RFD 2 Firefighter of the Year. Carrying on a family legacy, he is the third generation firefighter with RFD 2. Presenting the plaque to Chappell is RFD 2 Fire Chief David Raburn.
