Property Sale Prompts Special Clarksville Council Meeting August 4

The Clarksville City Council will hold a special meeting on Friday, August 4 at 3 p.m. at City Hall to discuss an offer to purchase city-owned property off Exit 55.   The Graphic has been informed that the offer has been made by Jordan’s Kwik Stop, which is based in Harrisburg, Arkansas and owns several convenience stores and travel centers throughout the state.
