2026 Ozark Highlands Winners Announced

Ginny Grace Ledbetter was crowned as Miss Ozark Highlands 2026 at the 30th scholarship competition held Saturday night, Jan. 17, at the Clarksville Fine Arts Center.
She also received the leadership, talent and evening gown awards. Her talent was a vocal to “Over The Rainbow” and her community service initiative is “Healthy For Good: A Heartfelt Mission for Youth Wellness.” She is the 19-year-old daughter of Ryan and Robyn Ledbetter of Fayetteville.
DeAnna Reynolds was crowned Miss Ozark Highlands Teen 2026 and received the talent and evening gown awards. Her talent was a vocal performance to “Not For The Life Of Me” and her community service initiative is “Clean Start: Giving People The Tools They Need to Succeed.” She is the 15-year-old daughter of Todd and Karen Reynolds of Tontitown.
The Miss competition first runner-up was Kaylin Osnes, 19, of Siloam Springs. Community Service and Miss Congeniality awards winner was Jaimee Hall, 23, of Jacksonville. Others competing were Izzie Wyers of Jenks, Okla., and Gabrielle Russell.
The Teen competition first runner-up and Community Service award winner was Kaitlyn Edwards, 14, of Vilonia. Second runner-up and Miss Congeniality was Kristyn Lynch, 16, of Mayflower. The leadership award winner was Grace Finley, 16, of Gravette. Others competing were Carys Miranda of Lamar, Gracie Smith of Green Forest, Heaven McConnell of Hot Springs, and Emalyn Geheb of Hackett.
Ledbetter and Reynolds will represent the Johnson, Franklin, Logan, Newton, Pope, Yell, Boone, Washington, Benton, Carroll, Conway, Crawford, Madison and Sebastian area at the Miss Arkansas competitions to be held in Little Rock in June.
Special guests and entertainment were Miss Arkansas 2025 Kennedy Holland, Miss Ozark Highlands 2025 Alayna Turner, Miss Arkansas Teen 2025 Amelia Lisowe and Miss Ozark Highlands Teen 2025 Michaelina Bell. Emcee for the evening was Dr. Jim Collins, executive director for Miss Arkansas Tech University.
