She was a native of Russellville, daughter of the late Joseph Fletcher and Delphia R’Deller George Hughes, and was preceded in death by three sons, Kenneth, Ralph and Joseph Alfred Brown; two daughters, Syble Brown and an infant; and several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include one daughter, Helen Pauline Oles of Clarksville; two brothers; two sisters; ten grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Funeral was at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 22, at Shinn Chapel in Russellville with Rev. Robert Wooley officiating. Burial was in Pisgah Cemetery at Pottsville.
Lyda Lou Tillman, 74, of Bentonville died Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2007, at Circle of Life Nursing Home in Springdale.
She was a native of Clarksville, daughter of the late Roy and Bessie Ricketts Willey, widow of George Tillman, graduate of Clarksville High School, member of First United Methodist Church of De Queen, employed at Dr. Robin Daniel Dentist office in De Queen several years, and was preceded in death by one brother, Billy Lloyd Willey.
She is survived by one daughter, Traci Fougerousse and husband, Blake, of Bentonville; two sons, Todd Tillman of Spring, Texas, and Brad Tillman of Little Rock; two grandchildren, Alex Fougerousse and Cori Fougerousse, both of Bentonville; and one sister-in-law, Jimmie Dell Amos of Fayetteville.
Funeral was at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 20, at Hardwicke Funeral Chapel with Rev. Russell Dorch officiating. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery.
Kathryn L. (Kitty) Davis, 86, of Lynnwood, Wash., died Sunday, Oct. 28, 2007.
She was a native of Lamar, widow of Ronald P. Davis, member of the Church of Christ, and was preceded in death by one son, Dakota Davis.
Survivors include three children, Dorothy Bollinger of Wenatchee, Wash., Daniel Davis of Seattle, Wash., and Mona Baker of Hansville, Wash.; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; two sisters, Wanda Pearson of Lamar and Nita Lewis of Clarksville; and one brother, Dan Daniel of Olympia, Wash.
A memorial service was held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, at Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home in Kennewick, Wash.
