Policy On Weddings, Engagements
and Golden Wedding Anniversaries
–Engagement and wedding stories, with one photograph for each occasion, will be published at no charge when the following policies are met.
–Submissions must include a daytime phone number for questions and verifications.
–Photos need to be at least 300 dpi if submitted electronically. If you have a “real photograph” you can bring it by our office and we will scan it into our system. If you have printed it on a personal printer it needs to be at least 600 dpi.
–Forms for wedding stories are available at The Graphic. You may also submit the information and we will write the story. Please include a daytime phone number for questions and confirmation.
–Engagement announcements must include wedding date.
–Deadlines: Detailed wedding stories with a photo will be published up to six weeks after the wedding date. After six weeks, if the story is printed, it will be treated as a paid ad.
