Clarksville Police Report




Clarksville Police Department personnel recently investigated the following incidents.

Feb. 26

Patrolmen Jacob Boen and Darrell Clubb investigated a domestic incident at a Garland Street residence. Two subjects were each charged with third degree domestic battery.

Patrolman Jeremy Hatchett served a subject with a failure to pay fine warrant.

Feb. 27

Patrolman Rick Martin arrested a subject for public intoxication on West Main Street.

Martin served a subject with a violation of the Arkansas Hot Check Law warrant and Clubb served a subject with a failure to pay fine warrant.

Feb. 28

Patrolman Kenneth Kennedy arrested a subject on Clark Road for careless or prohibited driving, DWI No. 2 and implied consent.

Martin reported a direct express card was found and turned in to police.

March 1

Patrolman Arron Arnold and Cpl. Jeff Ross served seven subjects with warrants or summons for failure to pay fines, failure to return books, theft of rental property, third degree battery and disorderly conduct.

Patrolman Larry Sanders arrested a subject for carrying a prohibited weapon at an Elm Street location.

Boen arrested a subject for shoplifting at a Market Street business.

Martin arrested a subject for disorderly conduct at the Marvin Vinson Multi-Purpose Building.

March 2

Hatchett arrested two subjects at a Main Street location and charged each subject with possession of a controlled substance and possession of an instrument of crime. A third subject was arrested for public intoxication and second degree terroristic threatening.

Patrolman Jeb Clark placed a subject in protective custody and also charged the subject with disorderly conduct.

March 3

Clark served two subjects each with failure to pay fine warrants and Ross served a subject with warrants for failure to appear and failure to pay fines.

Clark arrested a subject for public intoxication and criminal trespass in addition to serving the subject with a summons.

A Clarksville resident reported the loss of a Mexican identification card.

Sanders reported a dog running loose attacked another dog and was captured by the animal control officer and was being held at the animal shelter.

Sanders requested a warrant for passing a stopped school bus at the intersection of Clark and Shady Grove roads be issued.

March 4

Ross served a subject with a petition to revoke probation warrant and served another subject with a failure to pay fees warrant.

Clubb received a report of stolen jewelry. At Clubb’s request, Lamar Police Chief William Riddle recovered the stolen property from a Lamar resident.

Clubb investigated the theft of a radar detector from a Market Street business.

Clark arrested two subjects at Johnson Regional Medical Center. One subject was charged with disorderly conduct and the second subject was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Following a traffic stop on Rogers Street, Kennedy arrested a subject for possession of a controlled substance.

Martin served five juveniles with summons for second degree criminal mischief in the vandalizing of the Clarksville Skateboard Park.

March 5

Hatchett arrested a subject at a Main Street residence for public intoxication.
