CFD 9--Members of the Clarksville Fire
Department look over their latest fire apparatus. The 1,500 gallon per
minute crew-cab truck with a 750 gallon onboard tank was made by
Crimson Fire on a Spartan body and features a wireless remote
controlled boom with lighting, water, hydraulics and rope rescue
attachments. The truck is equipped with extrication equipment and
required ladders. The cost of the truck was $385,000 and is part of the
one-cent sales tax that was recently authorized.
